GIVE ME A VACUUM AND I'LL LIFT THE WORLD

Through the use of a portable air vacuum or centralized suction
it's possible to operate the furniture's ascent for high storage

Portable vacuum Centralized suction
Lifting system

Archimedes' principle applied to furniture

"Give me a vacuum and I'll lift the world" — the ReversoBox system exploits the power of air suction to lift furniture and objects in height, just like the physical principle of depression. No complex motor, no sophisticated electronic system: just physics applied intelligently.

Two available configurations

Portable vacuum

Ideal solution for private homes. A normal household vacuum is used that connects to the furniture when it needs to be raised. Maximum flexibility, no fixed installation required, no electrical power necessary.

Centralized suction

Professional solution for offices, companies, buildings with an already present or to-be-installed system. The furniture connects directly to wall suction outlets, always ready for use.

Technical characteristics

  • Controlled and safe movement (slow descent, gradual ascent)
  • No electrical cable to install in the furniture
  • Works even without power (descent always possible)
  • Minimal maintenance (no motor or guide to replace)
  • Supported load: variable based on dimensions (up to 50-100kg)

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

How does ReversoBox technically work?
ReversoBox uses a patented system based on air suction. The furniture opens manually and descends to human height (without the use of any energy, but exploiting the slow flow of air entering the space left free during the furniture's descent). To raise it back up, a portable vacuum (or centralized suction system) is connected, which creates depression and automatically lifts the furniture to the high position. No complex electric motors, cables or remote controls needed.
Do you need a special vacuum?
No, it works with a normal portable air vacuum (those common for domestic or professional cleaning). Alternatively, if the building has a centralized suction system, ReversoBox can be connected directly to it. No special machinery required.
How long does it take to raise/lower the furniture?
The descent is manual and takes a few seconds (a simple gesture to open it). The ascent via vacuum takes about 10-20 seconds depending on the size of the furniture and the power of the vacuum. The movement is slow, controlled and safe.
Is the ReversoBox system noisy?
The noise level depends on the vacuum used. With a standard vacuum, the noise is comparable to that of a normal household vacuum cleaner and lasts only for the 10-20 seconds necessary for ascent. The descent is silent because it requires no energy. Quieter vacuums can be used for noise-sensitive environments.
Does ReversoBox consume electrical energy?
Only during ascent and depending on the loaded weight, when using the vacuum (for 10-20 seconds). The consumption is equivalent to that of a normal vacuum cleaner for less than half a minute. When the furniture is in the high or low position, it consumes nothing. No standby motor, no passive consumption.
Can I install ReversoBox in a false ceiling?
Yes, ReversoBox is ideal for false ceilings. The furniture is completely hidden inside the false ceiling structure and becomes invisible when closed. It doesn't protrude, isn't visible, doesn't occupy visible space. It's a perfect solution for offices and environments where aesthetics matter.
What's the difference between portable and centralized vacuum?
The portable vacuum is a common mobile vacuum that connects to the furniture when it needs to be raised. Centralized suction is a fixed system (present in some buildings) with wall outlets: you connect ReversoBox directly to the outlet and the system is always ready without needing to move vacuums around.
